How to claim your free / discounted line rental offer.

We believe in offering deals which are transparent and easy to follow. This results in a simple process for you to follow and happier customers for us!

With any "half price" or "free" line rental deal it is important to remember you will still pay the normal monthly charge to the network for the tariff you have chosen. We will pay you via cheque or direct credit that, once fully claimed, will equal the line rental offer advertised over the life of the contract you have with the network.

12 Month free or half price line rental offers – Claim at month 6, 9 and 12.

18 and 24 Month free or half price line rental offers – Claim at month 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18.

Simply send us a copy of your airtime bill within 60 days of the billing date with the voucher supplied and we will issue a cheque each time within 5 working days.

How do i claim the line rental or gift offer?

For "Automatic Cashback" NO CLAIM IS REQUIRED. We will automatically send you a cheque for the amount offered, after 28 days from the date of connection.

For Free Gifts (X-Box, Nintendo Wii etc), one claim required within 60 days of connection. Simply send in the voucher supplied "with a VALID proof of address and identity and we will despatch the goods within 3 days subject to stock and availability.

Fair Play.

To keep our deals competitive, we keep administration to an absolute bare minimum and all it requires is for you to simply ensure claims are submitted correctly. We are confident that you will not experience any problems as all our cashback and redemption promotions meet the network's recommended guidelines.

There are some important points to remember about our offers which you must read:

  • All offers are subject to your account with the network being kept in good order (payments on time etc) and you fulfiling the minimum contract term as agreed at the point of purchase.
  • All claims MUST be submitted within the requested validity periods which are clearly shown on the claim form supplied. If a claim is received after the 60 day deadline this will render the claim null and void.
  • We recommend you send you claims by recorded delivery, we cannot accept respolsibility for claims by other method being lost in transit.
